I can remember riding in Uncle Bill's car rolling around in the back seat as he once again drove on the wrong side of rode yelling in his English voice, " You nods get out of my way " He was Grand Mary's second husband, he was from England, he adored Mary, letting her lead them into the living room to slow dance.
My Grand Mary became ill and her husband my Uncle Bill as what he had asked to address him, had to put her in the hospital. Unknown to anyone he was very deathly ill himself with cancer of the stomach, he never said a word, My Grand Mary became very upset calling out for her " Bill" we could not tell her that he lay in the same hospital near death. So late that night she climbed out the window of the hospital and jumped out a three story window to land in the rose bushes. A late night call from the hospital to inform us they found our dearest Grand Mary in the rose bushes with a broken left arm, they said she managed to fight them off for a few good minutes yelling , " you devils tell me where my husband Bill is before I send you back to hell " We raced to the hospital to Grand Mary's room where she laid crying for her husband, we learned right before we arrived Uncle Bill passed away. Grand Mary, cried, " Bonnielynn girl bring me to my husband I know he is gone, girl take me to him now" and I did. Hours later she died. I want that type of life long bond, one that would make a person jump to be free to be with them, a love not seen around here for a longest time. Once you see real love fake love just is just pointless.
